History: Born on 26th of March 1952 to proud parents, Olena and Andrei Dolohov in the seventh year hold of the Cold War on Russia. Olena was betrothed to her much older suitor at the tender age of sixteen. She had been an excellent student at Durmstrang, excelling in Potions and dreamed of a career as a potion maker. However, her parents felt her future needed more security in the political welfare of their country and forced her into marriage. After her graduation, she was swept into a huge ceremony with her new husband. He immediately isolated her from her home of St Petersburg to the much quieter Chekhov and set up their live together. Andrei realising his age may have some effect on his marriage with his wife, begun to imprison her and silencing her into the role of housewife. In 1946, Russia begun the burden of war. It became a place of ruin and tension. Supplies soon became lingering necessaries, families were divided and a riot seemed like it was about to topple into the streets of the suburban neighbourhoods. A breaking point was dawning. By the time Antonin was born, seven years of the Cold War had passed. It had heavily impacted the family's income and their chances of surviving became a daily struggle. He was born into a world of poverty, war and hardship. Raised on the morals that would be etched in his skull for the rest of his life, he became a boy of war. He would grow into a man of death.
His father robbed by the world, often spoke fondly of purity and hatred for anything less than this. He admired Hitler's beliefs and enforced them into his son's mind that the world would tear itself apart so he might as well enjoy the bloodshed. Antonin quickly became accustomed to his father's drinking, cruel backhand and pure blood extremities. Andrei taught him that all humans needed to be kill and therefore giving Antonin all the means to become bloodthirsty, fantasying about death and its many forms. His younger sister Stephanie came into the world and added pressure on their strained family life. In the winter of 1957, Stephanie was trampled during a riot in the streets, breaking her legs. That night their mother screamed to high heavens that she would leave this country before it got any worst. Upon deciding this, it took three years to gain the passports and immigrate to Britain. During those years, their situation worsen incredibly quickly. Their entire world crumbled around them until the night before they were due to leave, their house was infiltrated. The raid forced Andrei to take action and accidentally lead him to shot a policeman in the head. The whole ordeal was traumatic especially for Antonin and leaving Russia made it no easier. On his first night in Britain, Antonin cried. He was severely beaten by his father, breaking his ribs and getting a scar on his eyebrow. He was taught that showing emotions or any sign of weakness was below him and to this day, hasn't since.
From 1959, he was raised in a fairly low class lifestyle. They struggled most weeks to get by, but as the Dolohovs became re-established, Antonin was introduced to the more Pureblood ways and shown the light. Eventually, he went on to receive his letter and attended Hogwarts. In 1963, when the Vietnam War begun, Antonin was already a quiet, unfocused and lonely boy. He was a hungry learner in Transfiguration and Defense The Dark Arts, or rather just the Dark Arts. He became fascinated with them and practised his hand at non-verbal magic. Antonin often hated speaking when it wasn't necessary and this was a perfect outlet. During the summer before his fifth year, under the guidance of his father, he became more trained in the ways and saw that war was the necessary answer. Well connected to the Dark Lord's ring, Antonin had all the means to see what it truly meant to be a great Wizard. After his father was killed by lightning in the summer, he was initiated into the cause and receive his Dark Mark. Antonin became a firm believer in the eradication of Muggles and their akin. He fought in the name of destruction and couldn't be more pleased to become a studying Death Eater.
During his last years at Hogwarts, he made enemies with the Prewett brothers and became a target of one of their pranks. One day their pranks went too far and badly burnt his left hand. Antonin never healed the scarring as a reminder to himself, and then later using it as an excuse to take on revenge. After his graduation, he was taken under the wing of The Dark Lord and his followers, learning the very best Dark Magic. The only job he succeed in obtaining was selling his mother's potions to Knockturn Alley traders. He didn't long to work himself and devoted nearly ever waking moment to the cause. Of course, not holding down a job, meant that Antonin was never wealthy and lived in his parent's home for many years. Being a Death Eater of course did have its perks, and he was granted with the opportunity of power. Unlike the Malfoys and the Blacks of the world, he didn't much care for it and refused the offers.
Throughout the cause, he befriended Yaxley and Rowle. Rowle went on to marry Stephanie, bringing much wealth to her and giving her a chance to escape their ill mother. He was responsible in taking part in the torture and deaths of many murders before 1981, and finally got the chance to redeem himself by killing the Prewetts. However after the fall of his Lord, he was imprisoned for 14 years. Antonin never re-announced his loyalty to the cause and thought of those who sold out as cowards. Finally released from his prison in the mass break-out, he was involved in the rebirth of the Dark Lord and the battles that followed shortly after. Antonin returned back to prison for a short period of time before full power was over-turned to the Dark Lord.
When the Dark Lord was defeated again, Antonin fled like so many other Death Eaters. Being on the run, finally took a strain on his sick mother, and he finally shipped her off to a retirement home. He sold their family house for ends meet, not having lived there for many years and squatted place to place. Eventually the mark on his arm faded, and the chaos of the war faded, he invaded capture. After devoting his entire life to the cause, living a solitude and lonely existence, Antonin stalked the streets and begun life as a serial killer, unable to retain any normal existence.
"Don't fight it or deny it, invite it cause when it feels like a kick in the teeth, I can take it."
Appearance: Antonin is a scruffy man who doesn't seem to care much for his appearance not since joining the cause. He was always a clean and respective boy, fond of open collar shirts and rolling up his sleeves but as the years have gone on, he hardly sees the point in keeping up his appearances. He has neatly cropped black hair that is closely shave to his head, that spikes out a bit but it's very neat. He is 5'11 and is quite burly in his body shape. He has a broad body form, quick on his feet but strong in his arms and legs. He's more than capable of a decent punch or taking a few himself. He's quite tanned but it looks a little unnourished like he doesn't eat properly or look after himself. He often looks tired. He has a Death Mark on his left forearm, a burn mark on his left side of his palms (both top and bottom), a faded scar on his eyebrow and a incision down the middle of his chest. He's quite attractive in his own way as the quite, brooding dark type but he's deadly. This is shown by his lack of expression on his face, his dead stare and the soulless grey eyes.
Relationships: He seems no point in relationships, at all. His only constant relationship he has had is with Death itself. Antonin's fascinated with it and killing. However, he doesn't kill for the rush or torment. He generally hates when people begin to scream and plead at him, usually causing severe headaches. He also has little patience for torture, but takes pleasure in their whimpers and convulsing limbs. He loves slow death as their final breath pushes out of their lungs. This is not an erotic or glorified experience for him. He doesn't do to feel better than them, it is just a necessity. He loves to eradicate and squander away humanity. It helps to relief the pet up frustration inside. He needs the killing otherwise he gets agitated, aggressive and fidgety. To curb his murderous ways, he chain smokes. Antonin doesn't kill for the glory, power or lust. He does it for death itself. Outside of death, he has been perceived as a dark and dangerous man who can attract women and men. However, he's not particularly interested and admits he is sexually oblivious. He's not aware of it and doesn't think of it. Antonin is deeply uncomfortable around seductive or flirtatious people, as they make him uneasy. He also thinks less of them as people, thinking they use their body to achieve what they want. He's not interested in what the body has to offer and isn't looking for a life-time connection. He also lacks the emotional depth to sustain any type of relationship. He's satisfied with death.
Secrets: The headache begins to worsen and he can't stand the pain. His hands tremble as the anxiety builds, so he grasps for a little fix. He starts to hear the influence of voices whisper gently in his ear so he strikes the match. Antonin smokes to calm a lot of things. His boredom, to calm his stress, to find relief. It is his worst addiction and it's also his death. Never fearful of death, he has smoked very heavily after his incident with the Prewetts. The build up of nicotine inflicts damage on his lungs, asphyxiation him on oxygen until he coughs. One day, however, Antonin doesn't stop coughing until it feels like he might throw up a lung. He coughs until his mouth is thick with blood. He ignores it, lights another cigarette and swallows down the blood. Every year, the cough worsens, the blood becomes more frequent. He knows he is dying and he's not afraid of the disease he harbours inside.
"I gotta say thanks cause you kick me when I'm down. I'm bleeding out of the mouth. I hope you know I'm stronger now. I'm taking the hate, I'm turning it all around. I won't go down until I'm six feet underground."
Personality: He's not considerate or kind. Better luck, next time. Want a man with a little heart, perhaps who might be redemptive or has a little belief in God? Well, you're looking in the wrong place. Does he particularly care about anything? Well, no, not really.
Antonin Dolohov a man raised by war, has become a man of war. He succumbs to the beauty and destruction of humanity in the most intimate moments of death. He is fond of the smell of flesh as it burns, and the way blood tastes against his tongue. He has little remorse and little room for emotions of any kind. Actually, he is built like a predator, trying to out-survive the rest of the world. He's a fighter, taking whatever method best applied and eradicating the filth of the world. He doesn't care if he is killing a forty-year old or a child. He's not particularly nerved by it and accepts the challenge too often with ease. Antonin kills for the love of death itself. He's not driven by greed, power or lust like other Death Eaters. He loves these finer moments of death.
He's cruel, almost silent and blank. He never shows emotions and wears the most serious deadpan expression. He willing goes out of his way to squander and slaughter in the name of the Dark Lord, due to his personal hatred for anything not pure. He had been taught by war that dividing races is the only way to conquer and those who are lesser must die. He has no second thoughts and never questions his morals. He's a loyal follower, through and throughout. Not assertive by nature, he gladly accepts what he is given without much complaint. Due to his demented perspective, he goes out of his way to crush flower and smoke on spiders, before pulling off their legs. He has even pinned flies to the wall, for amusement. He likes when thing die, for it is glorious.
He's particularly fond of humanity in its most weakest and vulnerable times, and doesn't favour hope or free-will. There is nothing better than a good dictatorship. He often smirk in the moment when he is killing or chuckles with an insane laughter. He has been known to very cocky, thinking of himself almost invincible in a sense. He welcomes death like a good friend. He's not afraid of a challenge and won't back down, known to take on three or four duelers at a time. It's like kid's breakfast to him.
He's impatient, known to chain smoke when bored. He doesn't know how to occupy his time when he's not on some sort of mission. He's hard, brutal but silent. A ruthless killer without much of a heart. He has an inability to communicate or play nice and thinks less of those around him. He has played mentor and pet to Lucius more than once, known to hand over quiet phrases and welcomed wisdom. He enjoys speaking in Russian to his victims also.
He doesn't care for much else - love, money and power are irrelevant in the end. Due to his lack of assertiveness and willingness to agree, he sometimes land the position of guard dog. He hates playing personal slave to other Death Eaters and has been requested in the past to cook or clean for them. He's not here to wash their dishes. He thinks of it as scum work and can be quite bitter about it. Mind you, due to his nature, he is cruel about how he conducts himself. He will burn his cigarettes into the raw meat.
Having ADD, he often gets easily agitated and frustrated. Chain smoking to calm his nerves, but prone to trembling. He can been seen to have heightened energy to spare, becoming tense and rigid. This ability to lose focus means that Antonin will take on multiple duels. He is also prone to poor health with intense headaches when he hasn't killed for a while. These headaches can make him quite rebellious in nature. If someone pisses him off, he is more than likely to kill their pets. He can be very cold, and known to blurt out inappropriate comments or act without regard to consequences. He leads a lonely lifestyle, not holding or cherishing anything other than death. He can be very attentive in the moments of death, but after they died, he's onto the next thing.
Antonin, all in all, is a cold human being, with a lack of emotions, but not a lack of passion for death.
Notes: Play -- Antonin Dolohov has a strong personality and storyline. He has a lot of sides yet to be explored, but I've roleplayed him a couple of times. He's also well-versed in In Character Lurks. Plots-- I like the idea that he had a history with the Prewett Brothers which gave him the perfect excuse to take his revenge during the first war and kill them. One of the situations is a prank that burned Antonin's palm during his schooling years. Plots -- Two years older than Lucius Malfoy (played by Akira) and therefore has acted as a mentor to him in the past. AU Plot -- If Voldemort has won in '81, takes a position in St Mungo's as a guard who murders patients, forms sexual relationships with both Hestia Jones (as played by Aubrey) and Bellatrix LeStrange (as played by Gracie). AU Plots -- Has an odd relationship with Alecto Carrow (as played by Jaz) involving mostly mocking and teasing of their positions and often him killing Amycus' cats. AU Plots -- Involved in the poisoning and attack on St Mungo's, former colleague of Lily Snape (as played by Britt) where he was involved in her torment. Facts -- Education anywhere between 1945-1970s, involved in the murders of The Prewett Brothers and imprisoned for 14 years. Fate unknown after the second war. Signature -- Made by the lovely Kris. Lyrics -- Kick In The Teeth by Papa Roach.

History: Before Arthur Weasley was born, his parents were unlike most conventional Wizards. His father's family were already considered to be blood traitors, after they participated in the controversial protests to change Muggle Hunting Laws. His mother, Cedrella Black, became an outcast from his incestuous cousins after marrying the seventh son of the Weasley's, Septimus.
Cedrella was a socialite by nature and wouldn't allow her family's hatred (or their bad name) tarnish her new marriage. The couple embraced their status and held parties in their earlier years together, hosting for all types of races and making friends in communities such as the Veelas and other Half-Breeds. As Cedrella's hunger grew alongside Septimus' ever expanding family, they became popular home bodies. They begun to throw family dinners every weekend and carried on the tradition for many years. In amidst of the laughter and feasting, Arthur was born on 6th February to a world of joy. The house was never quiet long, breathing with every-circulating life. Aunts, uncles and cousins would show up unannounced during his early childhood, exposing him to tales of exotic lands and feeding into the boy's curious nature. This love of family shared by both of his parents, lead them to welcome new additions Warwick and then Quinton into the Weasley's.
Eventually, it took strain on the family financially and as the oldest boy, Arthur shortly felt forgotten. He was unheard by his distracted parents who busied themselves with the extended members of the household. This resulted in a quiet shyness that would carry with Arthur for many years and forced him to try and find a space of isolation, away from the chaos. He was often disturbed by the life around him and realised he had no way to escape it, having not feed his curiosity to its potential. He continued to be drowned out by loud mouthed, cheek pinching relatives. His behaviour caught the eye of his grandfather, Persus who lived with them. Taking Arthur away from the prying family, he showed him the art of tinkering.
His grandfather had an unsuccessful career as a tinker, but passed the passion like a flame to Arthur and gave the boy something focus on. Arthur quickly fell in love with pulling things apart and then putting them back together, quickly becoming an inventor. However, he kept his love hidden away from his room, escaping to his own paradise. Arthur became obsessed with musical toys in the Muggle World, after journeying into their territory to start his violin lessons. He begged his parents for them, until his bedroom became a musical chorus of cymbal banging monkeys. He loved to improve on the functions of Muggle objects and begun his collection.
Seen as a rather odd boy, he would escape to his bedroom, away from his brothers to play with music, tinker with machines and collect buttons or feathers. He tried to express himself as much as he could, becoming apt in fixing, long before attending Hogwarts. Arthur had shown his talent to his family, but they hardly seemed very interested in his keen hobbies. By the time Arthur was ten, he was sowing buttons to one sleeve of his clothes, a talented violins and had a collection of Muggle objects. His grandfather, Persus being the encouragement for his talents, while his parents never discouraged him from expression or passion. They saw nothing wrong in his behaviour, although it differed strongly from most in the 'normal' Wizarding community.
Like any other child, his brothers often ridiculed him and he didn't get along so well with them, feeling separated by a wall of difference. By the time Arthur was accepted to Hogwarts, he knew what he wanted to do. He longed to work with Muggle objects so he might be able to continue to feed his collection. He wanted to know how everything functioned and he dreamed of it as long as he could remember. Unaware about social status of his family, Arthur was excited about attending Hogwarts, confident in his strange skin. Taught that love was more important than money, Arthur was only too comfortable in his second-hand items but under the surveying eyes of the other Pureblood students, he was bullied.
Sorted into Gryffindor like his father, his six uncles and his grandfather, Arthur was amongst loyal company, but teased for his pet projects and therefore led a lonely existence during his first couple of years. Regarded as brilliant, but eccentric, many students stayed away from him and singsonged 'Weasel' harshly behind his back. Arthur focused his quiet and shy nature into study and never left the books. He quickly excelled in Charms until he had the ability to bring life to soft toys. After a few failed attempts, Arthur succeed in creating Buck. Buck was a miniature soft toy giraffe that did not die, or hunger like a normal pet and became one of his only friends.
Things really changed for Arthur when Warwick begun his attendance at Hogwarts. Warwick had always been seen as the most dominating out of the three boys and took no backlash. He stood up for himself and this brash attitude led him to star position on the Qudditch team, and therefore popularity. After Quinton begun during Arthur's fourth year, he was quickly outshone again. Everyone loved Waz for his charm and honest truth. Everyone loved Quin for his sensitivity and Casanova affect on woman. Everyone ignored the quiet, just existing eccentric Arthur. No one noticed his secret talents and he struggled to make an impact on the radar. Even with the girls, Quin's guitar fingers were favoured to his violin playing.
Always the optimistic, Arthur continued to indulge in his hobbies, keeping his head down and ignoring the snickering at his curiosity. He didn't mind the attention everyone else got as he was use to being invisible. However, Arthur's obsessive nature worsen during his fifth year when his grandfather passed away. He would had been drowned in his obsession, if it wasn't for Molly Prewett. He became fixated on the girl, half way during his fifth year and knew in an instant, that his heart belonged to her.
Doing whatever he could, he tried his best to date the girl. It was a success much to everyone's surprise and the couple were surprisingly quick to fall in a whirlwind romance. After Hogwarts, he married Molly in the threat of a Dark Lord approach and settled to start their own family. Arthur begun his job at the ministry, but didn't participate in the First War, focusing on protecting his wife.
Arthur got the dream job, working with Muggle Artefacts, although the pay was not great. He lived with the motto of love over money, and watch his family expand. He never expected to have seven children of his own, breaking one of three golden rules of life, but was a loyal father to each of his children. Like any father, he wished he could do the best for them and worked very hard to provide for them. Love, in the end became the hugest catalyst in his life. Molly, allowed him to continue his obsession and he was allowed a garage where he could tinker.
As he grew older, Arthur hasn't changed much, except in appearance. He continues to love and adore Molly and his children more than anything, raise them on the morals he was brought up with and fights for what is right.
"It's alright, I never thought I'd fall in love again. It's alright, I look to you as my only friend."
Appearance: Arthur is an eccentric man, fond of fascinating Muggle wear. As a young boy, Arthur always liked bright colours especially oranges and yellows, which set off his flaming red hair perfectly. He is most comfortable in hand-knitted jumpers and woolly socks, not that anyone in his family knew how to knit. When he grew older, his taste grew odder alongside his personality. He was fond of wearing feathers, tucked in behind his ear or glittery jackets that caught the sunlight. This was, of course, frowned upon and he changed to most conservative clothes in his latter years. One of his favourite pieces of clothing is the shirt he made, sowing varies sized buttons on the sleeves. He usually changes little things by mixing and matching bits and bobs. However, Arthur is most himself, strumming his brother's guitar in his huge oversize orange jumper with bits of feather in his hair. Arthur has always been the tallest boy in his family, and quiet lanky in his teenager years. He stands at 6"4, with flaming red hair, watery baby blues and freckles on his nose. As an adult, well loved by his wife, he puts on some weight and loses some of his hair, unfortunately.
Relationships: Arthur was raised in a house of love. Everything he did in life was for love, not for money or anything else. He is particularly passionate about this moral and has known to be a soft eccentric boy of sensitivity. He's more than willing to stand up for what is right, defend the weak and fight for love until the end. He's never done anything for money and can't be brought. Some say that this makes him unambitious, but he is not willing to sell out people. Loyal comes first with Arthur, followed by reliability. He's well-liked for these traits and doesn't plan to change. He isn't prejudice like most other Pure blood Wizards and accepts the Muggle community whole-heartedly. He's proud of his differences in opinions and doesn't care about being a 'blood traitor'. In relationships, Arthur is quiet awkward with girls, but not crippling so. He often takes a back seat to his brother and just about anyone else, so he struggles to stand out. He's usually so wrapped up in study or projects to think about it. He knowns he's never seen or heard, so he doesn't unwillingly waste his time trying to get girl's attention. They are usually all swarming over his younger brothers. This doesn't mean Arthur's not interest in falling in love. He desperately wants to, he just doesn't see why anyone would be interested in him. Not a romantic at heart, Arthur is more a man of passion. He finds joy in comfortable love and longs to find the home body of his kindred spirit. However despite his struggle to stand out, his drive to fight for love, made him never give up on Molly Prewett when she caught his eye. He has always been smitten with Molly from the first moment, and will remain in mad love until the end.
Secrets: Arthur was never the type to be involved with scandal. He was in love with Molly Prewett and things were perfect as any young teenager could expect. In Molly's seventh year of Hogwarts, the unexpected happened, almost destroying his innocence. The war was looming and times seemed perilous. He had just begun his job, Molly and himself were more than intimate but a fight put an end to their whirlwind romance. Molly burst into tears one evening, beating her fists against his chest and declared their love was obsolete. The break-up was hard on Arthur, he spent hours tucked in his office and in his obsession. He never expected it to happen, but Arthur mistakenly fell into the arms of a Muggle waitress he met at a coffee shop. They spent a lot of time together, and in his inconsolable grief, he fell into her bed. Arthur, had until this point, always been Molly's guy but now he was suddenly wrapped up in a passionate expedition. The woman and him spent a lot of time together until he found himself on his knee, begging for her hand. She said she would have to think about it. On the same night, he got a weeping call from a distraught Molly, shattering his universe and resurfacing all the love he had for her. Four months had passed and Molly was pregnant with his child. Molly explained in heartbreak that she had made the split because Arthur told her about his stupid life rules about children. On that day, she had found out she was pregnant with their child. She expected him to call, and he never did. Arthur now at a crossroads, to either chose his first and only love, Molly or to run away with the Muggle. He ditched the girl, and to this day, Molly knows nothing about the incident.
"I never thought that you wanted for me to stay so I left you with the girls that came your way."
Personality: Born to a loud mouth, but loving family, Arthur always struggled to get noticed but he didn't seem to mind too much. Arthur, by nature has always been more inquisitive and curious about the world - especially, the Muggle one. Taught by the morals of no discrimination, Arthur is open minded and accepting to the endless possibilities he might find. His curious mind leads him to be experimental and try new things others might not find useful. He loves pulling apart ordinary objects and altering them, learning the craft of opening doors without magic and driving. He much prefers solitude to the noise of a busy household and quite often in his own daydream, picking at locks or tinkering. Poor Arthur is so use to be ignored because of his brash brothers, he often doesn't ask for anything from anybody and is quite an independent and capable soul. He's an observer and uses his clever wit to avoid situations he might not like. He's awkward around people that aren't his family, but use to big crowds. He's not attentive by nature or demanding. He's, however, determinate and stubborn. If he picks up a project, he always follows it through. He's also strong in his beliefs and morals, usually standing up for what is right, even if it's uncommon. He has no problem going against the grain. Underneath the shy exterior, is a man of eccentric expression. A man attracted to the life of everything expresses himself in odd collections and has no shame. He doesn't embarrass easily either. He's not a coward, but nor does he roar like a lion. He's kind natured and good hearted, a humble soul. He, however, does have some unusual motto and lives by them. He swore to himself to never fight with an inanimate object, never to floss with a stranger or to have more children than he has car windows. Unknown to him, Arthur will break all of this rules. All in all, Arthur sees himself as a fortunate soul, living by the motto of love over money, and keeping his brain active. He collects obsessives and things, becoming a hoarder like a woman buys shoes. He's also quite gifted with his talents and always make sure to achieve his very best. He's good at charms and playing the violin. He's not exactly a romantic, but he's a stronghold lover and a fighter for the greater good. Family usually comes first in Arthur's world, followed closely by his own happiness. Notes: Play -- Arthur has been written and submitted for a Fan Fiction Competition Entry. Arthur has not be developed in roleplays, letters or icl yet. Plot -- I love the idea I put in Arthur's secrets. I always felt no relationship is perfect so I'd enjoy exploring this storyline at some stage. I also like the idea that Arthur may have been a year older than Molly even though HPwiki says they would have been the same year. Signature -- Made By Cari. BERTRAM EARL AUBREY "In my fantasy you look good entwined in my hair and skin and spit and sweat and spilled red wine."
The Lines, The Woods and The Hat. PB: William Zanni. Images from Tiffany Ann. Era: Born 1960. Attendence: 1971-1978. SN: bertram.
Nickname: Bert & Flappyhat. Age: 15-50s. House: Ravenclaw. Ethnicity: Canadian.
Blood: Halfblood. Relationship Status: Single but looking. Sexuality: Straight. Career: Woodsman.
The Label: The Flirt. The Outlook: "You must be a magnet baby, because it looks like you're attracted to my buns of steel." Keywords: Flirtatious, awkwardly confident, easy-natured and traditional.
Quirks: Never seen without his hat. Obsessions: Pick-up lines, snow globes and woman. Fears: Being without his hat.
The Positives: Loyal, hard-worker and fun. The Negatives: Lazy, irritating and easily content.
Likes: Snow globes, days out, sunshine and Canadian Weather. Dislikes: James & Co, failing and misdirected flattery.
History: Born in 1960, out of wedlock to Canadian Woodsman and all-around good guy, William Aubrey. William was a very traditional man, set in strong beliefs and never once complained about the way he made a living. He felt a man's position was to be the provider of the family and taught morals of hard work, although never encouraged academic pursuits. During the hype of the "60's", William had an affair with a woman, resulting in her pregnancy. Unaware of the child for a few months after its birth, the woman turned up on his doorstep, demanding his help. Never failing to keep to his morals, he married the woman and became the bread winner of the household.
It seemed like the marriage was always destined to fail, because shortly a few months later, the pair were divorced. Left with the task of raising Bertram alone, William moved out of the Canadian woodland during the early part of the sixties. While in England, he married again to a woman with her own child and made Bertram a step-brother. The marriage like the first, eventually ended in divorced and heartbreak, followed swiftly by death.
Most of Bertram's life, his father taught him to appreciate what the land had to offer and never lose sight of love. Although he noticed his father's ease and happiness without any woman in his life. Step-brother to Annalese, his father second wife's daughter. William was blessed with the task of raising Annalese after her mothers untimely death and written wishes. Despite nothing but a marriage holding their relationship together, William and Annalese have a very strong father-daughter partnership.
Bertram is usually at odds with his sister, finding her compulsive nature weird, but he loves her regardless and they were always the tight family unit. He lived an average childhood, learning his place in the world quickly. Surprisingly, Bertram received a letter to Hogwarts and revealed the secret of his father's origins. William had turned his back on the Wizarding community, during their politic rages for Muggle Hunting laws and sport. He much preferred the quiet comforts of home, and longed to find his inner peace again.
In 1971, Bertram started his attendance at Hogwarts, soon to be followed by Annalese and was sorted in Ravenclaw. During his school years, he lead an interesting lifestyle, always the failed charmer who caught the eye of the more popular students. He was hexed by Sirius and James, causing his head to grow twice the normal size, fitting his ego perfectly. Everything about those days felt totally normal, until he graduated. After graduation, Bertram returns back to his normal lifestyle and continued his trade in outdoors. He becomes a hard-slaving woodcutter, but not once strives more more than that.
He became the breadwinner, much like his father, living the tradition he knows too well. He's built his own cabin and is easily content with his life. Unfortunately, Bertram is cursed with no children of his own, infertile and therefore becomes a doting uncle in his sister daughter's life. He continued to play a huge part in Tracey's life, growing into the figure of the grandfather her children never had.
"In my fantasy I’m a pantomime. I’ll just move my hands and everyone sees what I mean."
Appearance: Bertram is a man of plaid. He usually wears several layers of heavy clothes best suited for outdoors. He loves heavy winter jackets and boots that lace up, followed by his gloves and flappy hat that covers his ears. He's piles plaid over plaid and seems almost allergic to the suit of a tie or suit. He was visibly uncomfortable in his school uniform. Bertram prefers to comfortable and lazy with clothes of comfort and warmth. He is never seen without his hat and doesn't like to take it off. Bertram has short brunette hair that is groomed closely to his skull, often hidden out of sight. He has penetrating ocean green-blue eyes and stands at 5'7" (5'10" when he's older.) For most of his teens, he has a slim frame but with quite strong arms and rough hands. As he grows older and more trained from his job, his body becomes stockier during his late 20s to 30s and eventually grows into a beer belly, eventually balding too. He has pale skin that often gets sunburnt, barely maintaining the tan he sometimes get from working outdoors. Relationships: Bertram might appear to be the swagger of cheese and scoring relationships after relationships but the reality is a lot more lonely than that. He repulses the woman more than having them beg for more. His lines lose him respect, integrity and favours rather than gaining it. All of this has made him nothing more than 'just the friend' for people, which he gives life-long loyalties to. He tries too hard, often failing and lacking to make the right impressions. Even though his motives may appear to be sleaze, he's a committed man at heart . All his flattery is just a rouse to attract anybody that might be worth his love. In a relationship, Bertram likes to be the provider. He looks after his dates, making sure they have everything they need and going out of his way to pay for anything. He ultimately wants to play happy families where the man works and the woman stays at home, having his dinner on the table in return. He will work very hard to provide everything a girl should want and respect her, devoting himself attentively. He's all for being settled down and putting a ring on her finger if she's the one. But for now, he's unlucky in love and having a big ego, cheesy lines and some awkward faked confidence doesn't help. He might be the man of romance and sleaze, but he's a home-maker in spirit.
"I ain’t afraid to let it out.I’m unafraid to take that fall but I have found beyond all doubt. We say more by saying nothing at all."
Personality: "If beauty were sunlight, you'd shine from a million light-years away." Beware of his quick wits and charm because he'll hit you with another line or two. "This isn't a beer belly. It's a fuel tank for the love machine." He's a confident lad on the outside, trying to charm his way into the ladies heart and pants but unlike the famous Sirius Black, Bert always fails. His confidence comes as cheesy, his romantic quirks and lines come off as way too 'old-school'. He is just not getting anywhere with his flashy smiles and ego. In fact, it damages his chances with the girls and he's been left to go through most of Hogwarts in the 'just friends' category. Bertram is cheesy, traditional and blunt with a pinch of sidekick thrown in for good measure. Apart from his lame lines, he upholds the ideals of tradition firmly. He wants to be the provider of the family and he loves the idea of a homely household. He enjoys the simple comforts in life. He can be lazy and subtle, taking the easy route in life and leaving him without much ambition to change or pursue success. Despite being average, Bert counts on his physical strength and dreams only of working as a wood cutter. He loves the outdoors and the fresh smell of pine. He'll never amount to much, just surviving on the outskirts of Hogwarts life. He's happy being simply in the middle of the crowd, never attracting too much attention for his other brilliant traits. However, his faked confidence has rubbed some people the wrong way a few times, even deserving the pranks of James and Sirius. He tries almost too hard to leave an impression and it's usually the wrong one. The few people he's kept, he is very loyal to and has been known to be very trusting. He's fun and got a good sense of humour, making his company enjoyable. Even though Bert boosts his appearance, most people know it is just from show. With Bert's exterior, he does have some secrets under his layers. For instance, he may flirt a lot but he's not keeping a tally or looking for mindless experiences. He's just trying to attract a girl but he wants a meaningful and preferably life-long committed relationship. Also, this sidekick is never seen without his hat and he uses it as a shelter. Without his hat, he's more vulnerable and uncomfortable. He never takes it off unless discussing very serious matters (usually involving the heart). If you see him without it, expect the new words to leave his mouth to be very real and truthful without a façade to them. Overall, he's a good man to have by your side, offering life-time companionship with honesty and a fun, if a little over-the-top and tried-hard personality. Notes: Play -- Bert, so far, has only been played in letters. Plot -- After the seventh year, he finally makes a move on his long-time crush, Wendy Slinkhard and eventually begins to date her, after all his failed flattery. They live a quite quaint lifestyle, but eventually suffer too many miscarriages to bear any children in their lives. Wendy Slinkhard played by Lia. Plot -- The fact he can't have children is a huge deciding factor that will go on to affect his later life with Tracey's children as he often cares from them like a grandfather and basically raised Tracey with his wife (or without). I imagine him to have a huge role in Tracey's life and is usually snoozing on her couch, under newspapers from another fight with the wife (or not). Fact -- His head is hexed for unknown reasons by James and Co. All other ideas welcomed to be explored out of these attachments. Signature -- Made by myself. Lyrics -- Pantomime by Incubus.

LUDOVIC CARTER BAGMAN "On a warm summer's evenin' on a train bound for nowhere, I met up with the gambler, we were both too tired to sleep. So we took turns a starin' out the window at the darkness 'til boredom overtook us, and he began to speak."
The Game, The Cheating and The Wasted Talent. PB: Dominic Monaghan. Era: Born 1958. Attendance: 1969- 1976. SN: sultanofspin.
Nickname: Ludo and Bagsy. Age: 19-39 House: Hufflepuff. Ethnicity: Irish and Swedish.
Blood: Half Blood. Relationship Status: Aromantic. Sexuality: Straight. Religion: Norse Gods, particularly Loki. Career: Ex-Beater for Wimbourne Wasps, Head of Department of Magical Games and Sports.
The Label: The Golden Boy. The Outlook: "You are bound to win, if you lose enough times." Keywords: Sport-wired, nice, genuine, lazy and cunning.
Quirks: Always wears a horse shoe cuffs and a horse shoe necklace for good luck, always bets on odd number and has a pair of lucky green socks. Has the word "luck" on paper bandages around his fingers. Obsessions: The game and the risk. Fears: None - He's so accustomed to losing things, being on the run and doesn't care much about the money.
The Positives: Optimistic, Kind-Heated and Uncomplicated. The Negatives: Lazy, Swindler and Immature.
Likes: Black liquorice, Irish folk tales, Leprechauns, Quidditch, Swaying Trees and Sea life. Dislikes: Shoes, Peppermints, Glasses marks on noses, creased paper, ruled lines and writing.
History: His parents were a typical love story, with all the drama. Aisen Bagman was a born and bred true-to-the-bone Irish man. He loved the luck of the Irish and he was the wise talking business man with a kind and generous heart. Living in the most rural part of Ireland, Aisen owned the only pub and hotel in the entire area. With a good nature and a knack to never overcharge, he was more than popular. Popular enough to make a second living as a salesman, selling produces at farmer markets and then renting properties he owned. He never swindled or cheated a soul, but was good at making the dosh. He was a honest man until the Swedish model walked in his doors and changed his life forever. Vienna Sopiehs was the image of upper-class wealth - she was a woman who had everything handed to her from the moment she was born. A dimwitted witch, raised in Sweden and attended Durmstrang, her only fortune was to be made by selling her beauty. Vienna, after unsuccessfully completing her schooling years, gained a lust for attention and fame when men swatted around her young heels. She soon formed a successful career out of this over in Europe, printed in many magazines for her stunning beauty but making no achievements in her wizarding community. She left her blood behind her and lived as a muggle, among the rest of them and travelled. Travelling caused all the disaster in the first place. Vienna toured Ireland and crossed paths in the districts of Aisen's community. Despite lovers in their way, fate brought the horrible couple together and they married shortly after many arguments. The pair couldn't be more ying and yang.
Vienna was addicted to the fame. Aisen was addicted to hard work. It was bound to be a catastrophe to whoever they raised in this world, so a few months after this blissful marriage, they had their first son, Otto. His mother, only interested in the fame, showed off her newborn and weight, abandoning overseas to travel for a best part of a year. Leaving Aisen with a newborn and a company to run; if he hadn't had help from Augustus Rookwood, he wouldn't be standing right now. Raising the little boy was tough on Aisen for that first year, but he kept his son close at hand and by no time soon, Otto grew into daddy's favourite little boy. Vienna returned now and then, but mostly drifted overseas to complete out her big dreams of fame and fortune. By the time Otto was six, he had grown into a smooth talking Irish boy, singing folk tales and worked hard. Otto was the kindest of the children, with the greatest heart and a love for work. He was never idle and close to her father. He hated his mother and harbour strong abandonment issues, taking a hatred to the sea and wherever she be heading. The marriage was in tatters by this point. Vienna had spent a year married to the man she loved and the rest travelling, if it wasn't for the fact she hit the forbidden thirties, divorce would had been on the cards. Eventually, Vienna's beauty grew too old for the European circuit and she was left, spoilt but poor and back to Ireland where her beloved and child awaited. The entire affair was an awkward reunion. Otto having never really known his mother was suddenly surrounded by her whining tongue every minute and it wasn't until Ludovic was born that she finally had another investment.
Ludovic was born in 1958 under the adoring eye of his mother, into a world he had never known. Already despised by his older brother, Ludo easily adored his mother and the things his father hated. His mother passed on the lust for the big time and painted a picture of the fame and fortune. She never pushed academic pressures on the boy and he grew up with a cunning nature more than anything. He was taught to use his brawn over his brain and use his brain to get out of things. By the time Ludo had to start take responsibilities around the household, under the discipline of his father, he fooled his brother into the work. He glided on other people's coattails and took all the credit. His mother seeing this talent, encouraged his devious nature and feed his laziness, forcing his attention into the skies and Quidditch. He would be trained into a powerful athlete. Ludovic struggled to communicate with his father, who cast a worrying eye on his youngest son. He criticized Ludo's strong achievements in the physical realm, banished him from sports and pressured the issues of hard work. Ludo, long before his acceptance to Hogwarts and the long travel from Ireland each year, tried to gain the approval from his father. He tried to pass off his lazy efforts and impress his father who always turned his back. He felt very estranged from his father and brother.
His childhood was surrounded by encouragement from his mother, fueled on the love of the spotlight. The biggest escape from his parent's observation was on the green isle or by the sea. His second passion after playing in the skies, was on the river and in his little boat or on a cliff, fishing. When Ludovic was ten, he rescued a devious leprechaun from drowning. He was rewarded with vanishing gold, which intrigued Ludo at the time and begged the leprechaun to stay with him. The creature, only bound to the woods promised the little boy to never come back but occasionally when Ludovic went wandering into the woods, he happened across the playful creatures. He formed a bond with the one that nearly drowned, who he left food for every night in his bedroom. This connection would be beneficial for Ludovic in his later years. At eleven, he received his letter to attend Hogwarts, while his older brother was leaving into the world. The idea of being away from his family for the best part of the year was exciting. He was sick of his successful and favourite brother, his hard-working father and he only clung to his mother when he made the journey from Ireland to England. Submerged in a world of magical, Ludovic knew he never fit into most of the houses and like his behaviour, he was sorted in to the only house that accepted the misfits; Hufflepuff.
Ludovic was a bright spark on the field as a Beater but he was lazy in classes. The teachers were unamused by his cheeky and charming, somewhat manipulative behaviour. He was sports-wired, hanging out in the field and by the lake. He had no interest in studying, until a teacher threatened he may never make a Quidditch team without some brains in his skull. Ludovic, always the clever fellow, was able to wrap friends around his fingers and surrounded himself with successful people. Being a popular student and a favourable, well-liked guy made it easy for people to give him a hand. He dealt on favours and won over with his easy and good nature, his peers helping him where he struggled. For the best part of seven years, Ludovic made connections that would last a lifetime, always surrounding himself with influential people. He wanted to be famous, so he couldn't be too far from the spotlight. He made headways in Quidditch, becoming a well-known player. He grew distant from his homeland and his family, devastating his mother as they became very estranged. His brother was another life-form from himself and often, Ludovic felt like a stranger in his own household. At the end of his year, Ludovic was recruited right out of Hogwarts into The Wimbourne Wasps. He finally had a team and a team he could be proud of. He became the best they ever had.
Life in the spotlight was glamorous for Ludovic. It was everything he dreamed of. His mother cheered him on at the sidelines as he played his first game. He became one of the best beaters on their team - the team are burly bunch of men who had issues with all sort of toxins. He didn't care. He finally found the spotlight and he never wanted to leave there. At 18, Ludovic finally left home, cutting every tie with home and build his own cottage in the woods, near the leprechauns. He had a few very successful months, but he never knew the type of trouble he would find himself in. As each month passed and each game was played, there was a underbelly of crime he found. By the time Ludovic was 20, he was tangled into the crime of the underbelly. His team mates introduced him to the world of game tainting and betting. A man already in love with the paycheck that came with his fame, didn't see the harm in betting and taking a risk. He had always been a careful man, until the fame corrupted him. Now with too much money in his pockets, Ludovic finally got influenced into gambling and won. The rush from winning was the biggest high he could have experience. He loved the risk and the chances were always in his favour, starting on his traditions that would mean a great lifestyle for him. By he was 24, his team were playing unfavourable, but Ludovic was already living well beyond his means. Their pay dwindled, but his lust for luck never favoured. His only vice became a serious addiction and formed another monster.
He loved the nice things in life and despite some low borrowing (which he never paid back), Ludovic continued his luck on the team. It wasn't until he realised a sinking ship that he swapped a bat for a desk. His team mates, boozed and broken were getting replaced and younger blood was cued up. His position and lifestyle was threatened by the idea of injury. At 26, August Rookwood came knocking at his door, for information about the games rigging for a position in the Ministry. He knew his time was closing down and unaware of the connection the man had, Ludovic went on trail. After being cleared, his position was secured and he finally made his new life in the Department of Magical Games and Sports. Things changed quickly for Ludovic - his fame dwindled after a few weeks and the pay went away, but he never looked at his vault. He still lived way beyond his means, selling and borrowing, cheating and swindling. He became a notorious gambler, losing and winning now and then. Any time he lost he was dishonest and bitter with a snarky voice, any time he won he was smarmy. He ran away from his debts and thanks to the leprechauns who loved Ludovic's tricky behaviour, he was granted with their money. He tricked money out of those around him and lived dangerously, while skating around lazily. He was a well liked business man, but his employees bickered about how immature and defiant he behaved. The core of his department didn't rely on Ludovic. By popularity alone, he became head of his department and in more hot water than he knew.
Ludovic was always a welcomed sight at the games of Quidditch and the media adored him, posting interviews with the once famous player. He tried to keep his debt very well hidden, but realised his fame was ultimately hurting him. He could never escape his debt and eventually took up to taking on other people's appearances to get his fix in gambling. It wasn't until he was 37 that his debt and the goblins caught up on him. He lost his job and all of his respect and went on the run. He's been running ever since. There is rumours that he returns as another person to continue his habit, others say he is dead but only Ludovic knows where he ended up and thankfully it is far away from those greedy debt collectors. A game, anybody?
"He said, 'son, I've made my life out of readin' people's faces, and knowin' what their cards were by the way they held their eyes. So if you don't mind me sayin', I can see you're out of aces. For a taste of your whiskey I'll give you some advice. If you're gonna play the game, boy, ya gotta learn to play it right."
Appearance: Ludovic wears a charming grin that you know him for. It's big and heart-warming, combining this with his charming statue and you know this man is a boy from Ireland. Ludo has sandy blond hair that he usually wears short and big blue eyes, watching and heartfelt. Whoever said eyes were the window to the soul were correct, you could drown in his. He's average in statue, never growing pass him height of 5'9". For a beater, he was always one of those average sort of men. He was always the smallest in his group of players, but by no means scrawny. He just never show obvious strength. He has a well-trained body and a good wrist. His arm is forceful and strong but he has a surprisingly calm temperament. He is like a darting fly more or less. Being the good looking fellow won over many woman's hearts, despite his lack of interest in anything walking. Ludovic is fond of his blue hat and loose white neck ties, he is fond of yellow too and gold. The colours of the sun and the sea closes to his heart. He has a weathered face, worn by lost and weather. With golden skin and a glint in his eyes, you never see this man undressed. He's always in the spotlight or so likes to be, and dresses for the occasional. Very rarely out of a suit or some nice piece, Ludo has a taste for the luxury in life and the price tag that comes from it. He's never ashamed to spend up large. He always has a horse shoe cuffs on his sleeves, a pair of green socks and a horse shoe necklace. He also bandages his fingers in paper and imprinted the word 'luck' - too afraid to take the plunge with a needle. Even if he is fishing, he expects the media to be out so always concentrates on his appearance. He's not so much vain as he loves to look his best and wouldn't be caught out scraggly. He is always photo opportunity ready with his grin and hat tipped over that baby face.
Relationships: The charmer Ludo has always been the smooth talker and well-liked guy. Girls want to date him, Guys want to be his mate. He, like his Pa, doesn't crossed people unless there is money involved, making him a popular person. Ludovic has always looked out for his own interests and spotlight. He had been dreaming on the spotlight too long to be wrapped in the scandal of women and the drama relationships caused. Of course Ludovic has always surrounded him with people, he has never been seen alone very long and the media always commented on his charmer like playing skills. Assuming he was in several relationships at once. Ludovic has always enjoyed people's company and loves the party life, he is a generous soul and usually wasting all his money on gifts (and more drinks) for his guests but never once have the media seen the charmer curled up with a certain someone in his hands. He was a charmer, dancing in the hands of many beautiful woman but in the end, Ludovic always goes home alone. While he's attracted to women, he wasn't interested in a relationship and he knew while at the top, sleeping around would damage his name - plus he had a more favourable lady in the awaits - gambling. He was more invested in sports and gambling than any relationships that it came under speculation he might be homosexual. All accounts were denied. In the end, it turns out Ludovic is not looking for a romantic relationship and never will. He identifies as aromantic which never seeks romantic interests and invests his time in good company rather than lovers. He's too fickle and always on the move, he doesn't want to settle and he doesn't want to be tied to anyone. He has urges like every other man, but for the best part he kept them unanswered. For the most part, Ludovic has always had his head in another game entirely.
Secrets: Ludovic, being aromantic, is therefore untouched in most ways. He's kissed a few lassies in his time, usually close friends, but the biggest secret about this man is he's not been involved. Of course, to protect himself, he boasted now and then in his interviews that he was involved in relationships with a few French Models. The first scandal was after the fifth winning game of the season, Ludovic at highest peak, claimed that he had slept with famous model (visiting England at the time) Cerise Susanna. The claim was denied by the model may times and every begun speculating that her baby bump may been Ludovic's child. The entire chaos was only settled, when Ludovic lashed out at the media press conference in Europe that he never made such claims. The second scandal was with little known French housemaid said Ludovic and his team mates had paid her for intimacy. She know claimed she was pregnant with his child. Ludovic sue Felicity Rive for these claims and won. The housemaid, Felicity was published to be a liar. The last scandal revealed his status as a virgin after the media claimed him to be romantically involved and even wedded to actress Eleanor Iva. He proved he was not married and never been romantically involved with anyone his entire life. The second secret is his gambling vices, until his late thirties - no one had a clue that Ludovic had been involved in sports game rigging and even used his position at the Ministry to feed his unhealthy addiction with gambling. Most people know he is a sweetheart, but admit to the media he is another person when money is involved. Gambling by all means is Ludovic's hugest vice and best kept secret, well almost.
"You got to know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em, know when to walk away and know when to run. You never count your money when you're sittin' at the table. There'll be time enough for countin' when the dealin's done. Now ev'ry gambler knows that the secret to survivin' is knowing what to throw away and knowing what to keep. 'Cause ev'ry hand's a winnder and ev'ry hand's a loser, and the best you can hope for is to die in your sleep."
Personality: Ludovic has always been a likeable lad from the moment he was born. He has a glimmer in his eyes and a cheek in his smile, that easy nature that make him connect well with other people. Ludo usually stays away from conflict and tends to try his best at giving the right impression always. He sees himself always on the spotlight and what you do with your face time is important. He loves to be surrounded by connected people who are successful, useful, rich or famous. He's not prejudice, but it is unlikely he'll be your mate if you're not important. It doesn't mean he's not nice - he can be very friendly and kind-hearted, lighting up people's day with a smile or a laugh. He's fickle with promises and deadlines. He likes to be fun and he doesn't want to take responsibility if things start to go wrong. Ludovic can't deal with bad fortunes or stress, he becomes another soul entirely. He's wiry and avoidant, he will skip the office so quickly that you won't see him for a couple of hours. He's a dependable guy and he loves to be well-known, always making a habit to say hello to every passing face. He doesn't mind the attention at all, and there's not a second he really keeps private anymore. He's usually the innocent bystander, he never takes sides and looks out for himself. He has known to be aligned to those with the most success, but stays neutral. Everyone has heard about his money issues - it has become habit that he doesn't pay people back, he always late on his debts and he has so much money issues. He just keeps playing a dangerous game and loves the risk of the losing. Before the corruption of the underbelly of game fixing in Quidditch, he was innocent to the ways of the world. Sports-wired by nature, every second conversation has to do with the latest statistics. Immature with a habit of having fun, running from managing. A social spirit, with a love for the attention but a vice with money. Everyone's heard of him, whether it's good or bad but Ludovic isn't not bothered. He's here to play the game and he has enough chips to keep trying.
Notes: Play --Ludovic has had some ICL play. Plot -- I'd love to do some plots around his fame and the world of crime and gambling he gets involved in. Perhaps who got him involved and his entire career at the top. Plot -- I'd love to do any of the plots with the many French mistresses Ludo has been involved with and perhaps even some confrontation on their behalf. Let the famous people devour each other as they say. Fact -- His father knew Augustus Rookwood, he was cleared of any charges and any information he may have passed on would had been innocent. Signature -- Made by myself. Lyrics -- The Gambler by Kenny Rogers.

History: Andrew Kirke was born into a world of wealth and expectations.
His bloodline have proven to be one of the most sucessful over all of history. His grandfather, McKinnon Kirke after years of perfecting his education, became a multi-billionaire before his 21st birthday. Taught in one of the most prestigious private schools, McKinnon excelled in business and before his last year, he opened a local coffee shop. It ran exclusively within the family, became a franchise in two years and was sold to shareholders for billions. Every year since, it still draws him a huge profit, securing the man an early retirement. It was absurd to think a man could achieve this easily, but the Kirkes have expectations. Every boy in their line is not only expected to carry on the line, but to achieve honor for their name. At 21, he stepped away from the business scene and invested in other family traditions. For the first few years of retirement, McKinnon was a socialite – seen at the hottest parties, in the most exclusive pureblood elitist groups and travelling around the world. He spent his money sometime frivolous, but it never seemed to make a dent in his earnings. By 23, McKinnon had brought five houses, and flirted his way into the heart of the public. Not surprisingly, he brought a Quidditch team; Quidditch is a family tradition in the household of Kirke, just like failed marriages.
The Kirke’s have been involved in Quidditch since its humble beginnings and throughout the years, they have funded games through their wealth and popularity within the wizarding community. They have been known to sponsor players, get involved in high stakes betting and become one of the committee members on the Quidditch boards. His team, the Tornado Titans, became "the team to beat" in the quidditch leagues, filled with extra-ordinary players and he was seen at the front of revolution for Quidditch. His family tradition lived on in his personality. The Kirke’s continued to be a pompous, snobbish and well-classed bloodline.
By 25, McKinnon started his second family tradition – marriage. He married Stacy Lu, another high class socialite and they were the ‘it’ couple for six month until their messy divorce. The Lu’s lost their fortune, and not wanting to be associated, they divorced. His first son, Stanley Kirke was a result of their brief time together. The second marriage was only two months later after Stacy – to a Miss Angela Holt. She was a known gold digger and to others, a social minx. She slept from man to man, but said very publicly that she had renounced her ways for McKinnon. Their marriage lasted for five years – but unfortunately it produced a lot of bad news for them. McKinnon was seen in the papers every weekend, his legs wrapped around some star and his wife, in the other room with someone else. It was the said the entire relationship, they were unfaithful. Eventually, after affairs, some bad drug abuse and a suspicious murder of Angie’s lover – their marriage dissolved. Thankfully, no children were born throughout their five years together. Angela tried to take him for everything in the divorce, but got nothing. McKinnon, an absent father for most of Stanley's early life, gave up show boating and women to concentrate on his son.
Stanley Kirke, raised by his nanny for five years was already a good student, surrounded by expectations. However, his only interest was Quidditch - he dreamed of becoming a player. Son and father connected this way. With his lack of interest in business, Stanley was carted around with dinners and meetings - meeting connections. Taught in private schools and trained with the best Quidditch coaches, Stanley was snatched by the Irish team before the school year was out,. Overnight, he became a Quidditch star - not only helped by his bloodline, but by his nature talents. His team even managed to beat the Tornado Titans, and became one of the Quidditch teams to watch.
Stanley foolishly fell into his own father's pattern. At 18, he married his high school sweetheart and within a year, cheated on her with the receptionist of his dad's business. Quickly, after the marriage dissolved (not without arguments and publicity all over it) he remarried the receptionist and cheated on her within a year and half with his female Quidditch players. By the time he was 21, he was labelled the Quidditch Heartbreaker. Using this title to his advantage, he had some short lived relationships throughout his twenties after two failed marriages. Girls found him irresistible, and the Kirke's reputation outlived its bigger-than-life personality. At 23, he was the best man at his father's third marriage to a sweet 19 year old girl, Kirstie Tomas. She was pregnant within the year, and Leigh was a result. Now with a second boy in the family, expectations were raised higher. As a result, Stanley had achieved legendary fame by his 30th birthday (and another two bad marriages).
Leigh, like all the Kirke's sons was perhaps the most sensible, he saw opportunities in every market. He was taught business, and excelled where Stan had failed. He, like every Kirke before him, went to private school and by 20, he was already an associate in one of the best Wizarding law firms. He, like his father, became a socialite and is one of the most despised lawyers of the public. He has been involved in some famous cases, letting murderers walk free and he has been known to leave an abundance of women pregnant. Leigh became known as the 'Hurricane' - he scattered lawyers and was seen to be a cold, calculating bastard of the world. He eventually inspired to work in the Ministry, and know sits in the high court, passing judgement cruelly like an iron fist.
Stanley's career tragically ended at 31 when he had a nasty fall, breaking both of his legs and was out of the season - he became paralyzed and was placed in a wheelchair. Depressed and now with no future in front of him, he remarried his first wife and became a father. Andrew became the core of Stanley's miserable life, as he tried to cling on to his marriage and fame. Fortunately due to his brother's bad publicity and his father's likeability, Stanley is still cited as one of the 'Quidditch Greats' - and lives on the royalties. However, his marriage to Julia didn't last long and she cheated on him. Stanley hasn't remarried and at 48, he has no plans to - done with the despicable race of women.
McKinnon's marriage to Kirstie dissolved after 10 years together - his longest ever. He invested his time back into the Quidditch realm, and ran a quite successful program for disadvantage want-to-be players. He handed the reigns to Stanley, after he met Millicent Green. At the tender age of 65, McKinnon married within two weeks of meeting the woman he claimed changed his ways. Surprisingly, he fathered his only daughter, Rebecca and has been quite contempt with life since.
Andrew Kirke is the next ‘great’ Kirke – at least he is expected to be. His grandfather a multi-billionaire, his father a Quidditch legend and his uncle – a tycoon. All of his childhood has been a preparation. He was pushed into education early and left more times than he can remember, alone. His father travelled, coaching children and his mother ran off with another man. The only comfort he got was from the passing women in his father’s life and this has made him cynical. Marriage in his family has became a gimmick, more than a sanctuary. There is no photographs of any of them in his house. Andrew’s childhood was filled with traditions and rituals. He was surrounded by rich aunts, uncles and relatives who were very separate. Women were in the parlour drinking tea, the men in their gentlemen’s clubs with ladies of the night and scotch. Everyone had class – they were all scholar individuals and pompous to boot. He was forced into a world of expectations and what he is suppose to come.
Dragged onto the Quidditch pitch as a kid, his father taught him all that was to know. The players, the moves and the history. Stanley wouldn’t listen to his boy’s fears of flying, nor would he spend time with him if it wasn’t on the pitch. Desperate to connect with his family, Andrew resentfully went to every Quidditch game. It became a regular event in his life. However, at 6, a chaser flew into Andrew at the match and scarred him for life. When he was accepted to Hogwarts, his whole family snickered at the idea. No Kirke was going to that school! It wasn’t traditional. By luck, his grandmother convinced the family it could be good for Andrew to find his own success in life – the hard way, pointing out the laziness of the spoilt grandchildren. He is the first Kirke to attend Hogwarts, in the entire history.
Sorted into Gryffindor, Andrew excelled in all classes but kept his head down. He set up his own tutoring assistance to others, out of kindness but very rarely tries to be noticed. It was almost impossible, however. His last name is heavily loaded and he has been pursued many times for all sorts of information. He hates Quidditch and relationships. The only way Andrew escaped his fame was befriending someone more egoistical than his whole family – Cormac McLaggen. It relieved a lot of pressure off him, from peers but when places opened up on the Quidditch team during his fifth year – Andrew had no choice. Forced out of family pressure and tradition, he became a beater despite being terrified of flying. He knows everyone expects him to become like the rest of his family – a Quidditch loving, divorcee git.
Andrew’s only solitary is his writing – he has been penning self-help books for a while. As a nature observer and a cynic of relationships, he is quite good at giving neutral advice. At 18, his father passes on and leaves Andrew with a small wealth – he decides to pursue his writing career. He goes on to become a cited author, and like all others – successful. But, with his pen name, no one knows who he is and he can live his life with no title.
"I know you're only human, but I expect something better."
Appearance: Tradition means ties and tailor shirts. Andrew knows how to dress clean and tidy, and he always looks as such. Nothing really seems out of place, like he can’t live in his own skin. He seems somewhat awkward and uncomfortable in his clothes – always neatly pressed. He doesn’t really try to identify himself throughout his clothes and has been known to pick very normal stuff. He just wants to look like everyone else. He has brown hair, sometimes a little messy but never too crazy and chocolate brown eyes that sink into the soul. Andrew’s best feature is probably his smile or his little snort laughter. He seems very average – in all ways. Average height and build – for someone who is a beater. All in all, Andrew is meek. He doesn’t stand out and he doesn’t plan to start.
Relationships: The Kirke family are serial marriage wreckers – all their relationships are doom to fail. The whole sanctuary of marriage has been limited to a price tag and a day – it means nothing to his family. Andrew, by default of seeing years of this sort of behaviour has became a cynic. He doesn’t want to carry on his family’s bad tradition, and therefore doesn’t become involved by setting up rules. Andrew’s rules are that he lets no date last longer than an hour and half – as in not only to secure a first kiss, but to determine compatibility. He dates only for 3-5 days (no longer) depending on the experience . He wouldn’t dare let a relationship last longer than that. Andrew makes sure he has an escape plan, and enters all commitments with no strings. He is easily removed and casual, even citing of a well performed speech on his first date. He can predict when things are going to end, and cuts the rope before they begin. Often to avoid the whole ‘relationship’, Andrew separates friendship and flirting. He doesn’t flirt with friends, and doesn’t want the whole ‘my best friend is my lover’ bullshit. His friends are his friends – his lovers are is lovers; there is no exceptions. He also would physically remove himself from flirtatious behaviour as not to encourage it further. Andrew wants to remain unattached. He doesn’t want a girlfriend, a wife or a companion. He believes too much in the commitment of marriage to let it be a parlour trick. He would never willingly get involved in something that serious however, not after seeing the disaster of his family.
"You let me down again, you've drove me to the end."
Personality: With expectations on his head and heavily loaded name, you’d expect Andrew Kirke to be eating up all the fame. His family has always been the rich man’s gentlemen club – well classed, well educated and successful. His entire family are pompous, egoistical and snobbish. They don’t care for the plight’s around them and through money around to make the problem goes away.
Andrew is however different – he likes to observe ugliness close up. He has a loyalty strength in his body, and he has been known be the ‘problem solver’. Not only is he intelligent, he is logical. He seen things play out before, and can predict how they’ll end – especially relationships. He has a very modest and humble patience to himself as he tends to listen, more than talk. He is very traditional and upper-class, but has a slightly removed quality. The thing is Andrew knows things about you – you don’t get to know Andrew. He is indifferent to drama, stress and emotions. He is sometimes unresponsive or cold to distress in women. He has been perceived as cold and withdrawal. He is also a natural adviser with a honest and blunt wit. He’ll say what no one else will. He is unnerved by conflict and oblivious to flirtatious signs or hints – rather brushing them off than dealing with them.
He can be a very good friend with a strong core to loyalty, but he is very cold and cut with black and white. He doesn’t like mixing pleasure with business. Sometimes even going to the lengths to physically remove them. He can be a very casual, within himself person. Andrew is a robotic human, when it comes to expression. He is not very verbal and cleans up other people’s affairs. He often tries to go underneath the radar. A natural teacher – he often provides tutoring to other students. Otherwise, his head is down and his nose in his notebook. He is very concerned within himself. He doesn’t want to get anyone else to know him, and has become a very guarded individual. He perform the part of the normal student, but otherwise is just waiting to grow out of his family’s shadows.
He despises close relationships with people, as he has never been show stability or trust throughout his life. He also hates Quidditch and has a hard time connecting with others. He only thinks things will eventually end, and he doesn't want to go throughout all that pain, for nothing.
Notes: Play -- Andrew has only been played in letters. He does have a pretty solid background story, but hasn’t gotten a great development in personality yet. Plots -- Finally opens his heart to a girl, Flora Carrow (as played by Lia) and has his ‘first’ girlfriend. Their future is unknown, but doesn’t really affect a great deal of his personality, romantic state or history as the plot wasn’t developed greatly. Fact -- Became a beater in 1995 and was directly responsible for the defeat of Gryffindor to Hufflepuff, when he shrieked and fell off his broomstick. Signature -- Made by Kris. Lyrics -- You Don't Know Anything by Ivy

History: Born into the American lifestyle a hundred miles away, Jax Hades was raised in the tropical beat of Brazil.
His mother, Freda Bequi, was a French exchange student who came for a better life and education. Leaving behind her Catholic beliefs and family, America was a culture shock but it inspired a pursuit in medicine. During her studies, she became aware of the living standards and health system, which strived her to apply for a scholarship and eventually be accepted into Harvard. Driven by passion, her life became a constant struggle between her low-paying job and study, which became very tiring upon the teenage. Seeming to almost lose all passion in her field, it wasn't until she starting volunteering at a local pastor's health care centre that she experienced death up close. She quickly became a humanitarian, spending time looking after the homeless and the needy. This kindness drew the attention of one of the church goers - Herman Hades. The narrow-minded Christian accountant fell head over heels in love with Jesus first, then Freda second. Their differences however made they a violate combination and despite his attempts, no romance came about.
Freda graduated from Harvard with a huge swollen debt and no prospects for a job, she was driven into poverty. Living on the streets amongst the trash, she still managed to volunteer at a local hospital. She had to learn the cruelness of the world, with only the church being her only salvation. Freda finally got her break-through after two years of poverty and became a local GP in the health care system. It made her realise how deep the corruption was within the walls. She tried to advocate for free health care and even pursued donations for a centre. Many people were cold to her ideals and she was shut out of the profession. With no one but her church to rely on, Herman gave her dream wings by being a private investor. He was a man from old money, with a sizeable inheritance and it only costed her one little kiss. However it wasn't meant to last for after two months, it was filed for bankruptcy. It drove Freda to her last resort. She was still in debt with her student loans and facing the rest of her life on the streets, she had no choice but to accept Herman's propositions. He would pay her out of her poverty for a relationship.
The beginning of their relationship was turmoil. Herman had given her everything Freda could need - shelter, money and kindness, but he was ignorant. She couldn't make herself love him and threatened to leave many times. It lead to a lot of physical fights between the two. Their relationship was for financial reasons and it frustrated Herman. He had no choice, and following the righteous word of God, he raped Freda. After the incident, she reported him to the police but they were no help. The church chased her away, blaming her for his actions and citing that man was the head of the house. The raping didn't stop and when she found out she was pregnant, she had little options. She entered her religious binding loveless marriage. Becoming horribly depressed, Freda turned to self-harm and gave up all pursuits in medicine.
Their first year was horrendous. Herman continued to push around his wife and sexually abuse her, causing her to go into labour early. She gave birth to Jax a month early and hated him instantly, but it gave her some strength. After her release from the hospital, she had a domestic with her husband. It resulted with him being thrown down the stairs and finally arrested. Sent to prison, Freda raised her son for two years without his father. She became a more independent woman, losing her faith in God. When Herman was released, he came back a different man. His mean streak was gone, as was his desire for sex. They decided to get a fresh start and headed for Brazil, South America.
Jax was raised into a world where education, religion and status were important. He was aware of his parent's marriage conditions, feeling the hatred between them. Things didn't improve once he turned eleven. He displayed odd abilities which lead his father to think of him as possessed. Herman's desperation brought them to the doors of the Colegio Versailles - a religious Wizarding school. The revelation drove Herman to lose his faith and he took his life. The lost was nothing to Jax or his wife. He simply drew further within himself, taking to tree tops and staring up at the sky. As a student of Colegio, his behaviour grabbed the attention of the teachers. He was anti-social in nature and it wasn't until flying studies, he became someone. Jax was a natural the moment he touched the broom and better yet he found joy. He no longer worried about his home life.
He was an average student, but his mother still battling depression improved after Herman's death. She went back to her natural calling and left her son to fend for himself, a great many times. He went through life in woe, just dealing with things. After graduating at 17, he worked odd jobs but never really excelled anywhere. He taught himself Quidditch and played it for a hobby. It was pure luck that his life really changed. One day in the middle of winter, he was spotted by a talent agent. Kris Noels was a Peruvian man and became a father to Jax. He trained him with a coach, putting him through his paces and moving the boy to Peru. After a year, he tried out as a recruit for the Tarapoto Tree Skimmers. They admired his lighting quick moves and he was snatched by them at just 19.
Jax was now the chaser in one of the best South American teams and was bolted into another life. He came under the heat of the media quickly and drew a lot of criticism. He became exposed to the world of glamour and was overwhelmed. He quickly fell into drugs and alcohol. There wasn't a single thing he didn't try. It was all too much, too soon for him. After two years, the British wanted him next and he was grabbed by the Chudley Cannons. Cited as one of the worst teams, he made headlines as the soon to be saving grace of the team. His life came under a lot of attention and he rose to the challenge. He improved the team and became an inspiration. Jax Hades was the 'it' chaser - the man to watch. He was hot property.
He gave his very best with the Cannons and the Wizarding world was fascinated with him. Both with his life on and off the pitch. Jax became involved with a lot of woman, but at the 23 he met Penny Haddock. A fiery Scot girl who took him by his heart and hand. Described by the media as a hot passionate mess, they wed after two days of knowing each other and have been married ever since. It wasn't the perfect idyllic marriage however. As soon as he went on tour, he went back to his old ways. After two years with his face in the newspaper, he was taken up by the Wimbourne Wasps as the 'Crowning Gem." It was hoped that he could bring them back from the brink. He did a little. The Wasps got better, but not great. They were a tragic, but he was still considered as one of the very best chasers. Featured as a Sports Hunk for two years running and player of the year for two, he still has what it takes.
At 28, after three years with the Wasps, he has been taken on for another five year with much surprise. Everyone has been expecting his retirement. He knows that no one will touch him once he is 30.
"I suffer inside just to feel I'm alive. I bury the truth 'cause I know it's a lie"
Appearance: Jax Hades is the tall, dark and handsome type of male. He stands at 5' 9", lean like a leek and athletic. He has a very tone body and is quick agile, known to be one of the fastest runners on the team. He is a solid man too, and can't be easily pushed aside without a fight. He is known to be a scrappy fighter, with quick jabs and good defence. On the pitch is no different, he is hard to catch and often a show-off, with a cool confidence in his abilities. He has known to pull very quick moves on the pitch. Jax has a mess of brunette hair that he doesn't care for, piercing blue eyes and a young appearance for someone of his age. With sharp eyes and eyebrows, he has been admired by more than enough woman. It doesn't hurt either that he has his Brazilian accent. He has a cheeky smile and persona for the cameras. He can be quite the showman when he needs to be. More fond of unity, he is either in his uniform or very casual clothes - of green or blue. He doesn't dress up too much and can be seen in his jeans most of the time. He is not really vain in his appearance as he has that 'I don't care confidence' about himself. It doesn't matter what he wears, because he frankly doesn't give two shits. This does surprise fans and people alike when they first met him, expecting him to be an arrogant metro-sexual because of his bigger than life persona, but Jax isn't always as he appears.
Relationships: If it moves, he want it. Jax Hades doesn't try to be the ladies man. Well, actually he skips wining and dining them. With the status of his fame, he has woman lining up at his door to get a peak at what is underneath. He doesn't need to bother with frivolous introductions. He doesn't even flirt anymore as expects woman to bend over backwards for him. He doesn't do relationships or affairs, just simply demanding the sexual pay-off. This usually means all of his scandals are handled by Robert Bennet who has dealt with all his court cases and false pregnancies. Jax can be a horrible and selfish lover. He takes what he gets. He is very focused on his own wants and needs, just taking the woman without even knowing her name. He kind of throws himself in the pathway of a woman and just expects her to respond. He has been known to exploit his sexual prowess on camera and isn't shy. You think it would have changed once he became married, but it has only gotten worst. He knowingly parades his cheating all over the paper. He has had a countless string of woman and does the act out of habit. Jax doesn't really love sex like some men, but he has grown into it. After his young exposure, he believes it is what is expected of himself. With his celebrity status, he has grown into a rock star. He tramples over hearts, without much care or thought. He doesn't get involved any other way but physically. It was surprising that he is even married, as he was thought to be a bachelor forever. However at 23, he met fiery Scot Penny Haddock. She was a dominating woman who knew how to have a good time and brought along her two blonde friends. After two days of drunk blindness and drug highs, he married her out of lust. The marriage was always destined to fail, but somehow it has lasted. Now at 28, he is still with Penny. She manipulated her situation to her benefit and has painted herself as a saint to the media, selling countless of books. They are both serial cheaters and neither are in true love with each other. Jax has never experience love either. He is always in lust, which has lead to some problems in the pass. He has had his fair share of stalkers who have taken it too far. He doesn't treasure relationships and at the end of the day, he knows he will only have his wife left once he is no longer a celebrity. He doesn't know what kind of man he may had become without all the fame, but he never had any good influences.
Secrets: There is not much unknown about Jax Hades. All of his life since 19 has been in the newspapers. The sex, the drugs and the alcohol. His behaviour has drawn much criticism but he still manages to be a sober player on the field. Everyone thinks they know him, but it couldn't be further from the truth. See as a cocky and somewhat self-obsessed man, he has been labelled many things. The first is an alcoholic - Jax is often seen guzzling before press events, and has been arrested for one public incident. Although he has a taste for it, he keeps it up for appearances. The second is a drug user - he takes a lot of medicine for someone who doesn't need it and has been in and out of rehab in his early teens. The third is the woman - there isn't a great deal he hasn't slept with. Followed by stalkers and groupies, he has been everywhere. His stalkers have been the worst and he has had one restraining order placed. But the truth with Jax is he is an isolated two face man. He puts on the act expected of him, but he doesn't care for the lifestyle. It is all he knows. He prefers normalcy and likes isolation. He is also fond of the attention leading to his secret. Crime; he has been involved in petty thief a few times. But he likes to create chaos. He is the type of man who would cause a scene and then play the hero. Also, Jax has a very special relationship with the press. As a man who desires the front page, he has a few connections and one of them is Donna Kingsley. A groupie and reporter she is on speed dial, reporting his news first before anyone else. He needs the fame to survive. He is a very contradictory person - known to the fame and needing it all the same. He wants to play all roles and struggles a lot with his own sense of identity. Since his teens he has been shaped by the media. He isn't really his own person anymore.
"I pray for the best and I run from the past. I pick up the phone just to find I'm alone."
Personality: Jax is a creature of habit and expectation. Unlike most people, his life-time addictions don't sprawl from his upbringing but rather, they come from being exposed to fame at such a tender and immature age. He acts in the way everyone thinks he will and is only to happy to fill his bigger-than-life persona. He is in the life of the party in that demanding, drunken, hero-of-the-hour way. Everyone he knows treats him like a devil and saint, letting him play to each role. Jax Hades is only too good at doing what he is suppose to. He is not considered a 'thinker' and won't make Captain anytime soon, being pretty hopeless at strategies. He can't make plans, stick to them and lives very much in the moment.
He has no issues with isolation, after having a friendless childhood and realises most of the people that inhabit his world are fake. He laps after attention, seeking it in total desperation when he has been out of the spotlight too long. He has been known to start brawls just for a second glance. He is use to the limelight on him at all times. However he doesn't experience fame like you'd expect. He is numb to everything, issuing pleasing statements and not showing much of an egotism in the media. He is only to happy to let people pass their judgements on his behaviours.
He is an addictive personality and quick to like new things even if he is aware of the consequences, leading him to be quite a brash personality. He is not afraid to make brave or risky decisions. This affects the way he plays on the field. He has been known to sacrifice his other chasers to get the goal. He is for the team, but he knows he is the team. He is not too happy about team work and all this love your neighbour crap. He is a competitor. He doesn't often get personal with people as he is very much self-absorbed. He doesn't know his team beyond their position. He definitely wouldn't be seen attending one of the player's weddings. He is very selfish team-mate, despite being one of the fastest chasers.
He is seen somewhat as a rock star, with a flair for showmanship and his bigger than boots personality. People don't approve of his old habits for the booze, drugs and woman. But he is living the way he has been taught, and can't move away from his past.
He is somewhat a numb soul that struggles with his own identity and crisis, suffering from an isolation and technology stupidity. He often feels the world is moving away from him, in another pace that he'll never match. Jax can often contemplated bigger-than-the-world ideas and philosophy, discussing his own sense of awareness and loneliness. He suffers very much from a young person's crisis - the feeling that he isn't where he should be in his life. He is lonely, not that he will tell you himself and can often misled those around him.
He is a constant changing shape, never really been figured out by one individual. He lives the way people expects, he acts the way people want and he plays the way he does to liberate himself. Jax doesn't get involved beyond the physical sense with people, and his relationships in life are seen to be very cold. He is unemotive being, with a deeper understanding of being well-guarded. He is frightened of retirement as the fame hourglass runs out. He doesn't know what sort of person he could be away from it all.
Notes: Play -- Jax is a relatively new character so much of his personality is in a state of transition. He has been written for roleplay so far. Plots -- The fact he is married is important to me, even if their relationship holds no significance in his loyalty to her. Otherwise, open to all plot ideas. Signature -- Made by Myself. Lyrics -- Not That Beautiful by Papa Roach.

Audrey Kingsley was born to a middle-class, well-respected Healers in the small urban city of Cheshire. Harper Kingsley (nee Hun) originated from the poverty stricken Philippines, moved to Britain with her family for a better life. Her parents were lawyers with big ideas for her future, hoping to carry out their tradition in the Isle. However, to everyone's surprise, Harper was the first witch in their bloodline. Delighted with the news, they pursued the best education for their daughter and Harper was fast growing into a intelligent, if not slightly stuffy woman. With keen interest in following her parent's footsteps, she was sent off to Hogwarts and became expose to another world. She also found love quickly and fell head over heels for her sweetheart, Finn Bradley. A troublemaker and bad boy, he influenced Harper in many disapproving and negative ways that led to their quick demise. Her parents dreamed of another life and quickly ended the love story with an arranged marriage to German, Julius Kingsley.
Julius was an exchange student, with British ties, but German heritage from Drumstrang whom came during the fourth year. He was a strict, boring man with a dry personality, almost identical to Harper in many ways, and the total opposite of her current lover. The circumstances sucked the life out of them and came as a total shock, considering both parents had only met once. By the end of sixth year, they were dating out of force and led a romance as exciting as sandpaper. Her world continue to shatter when she learned law was considered a 'muggle' pursuit and had to switch to politics if she wanted anything similar. The classes were hard and tiresome on Harper, leading her to lose all passion for her future and becoming lost. If it hadn't been for Jules, she would probably being unemployed. The ordinarily boring man become the sexist thing in the room when he talked about medicine and his future in healing. Harper found herself falling for him and did what any dutiful, uninspired woman would; she followed him into Healer Training.
Julius and Harper married at 20 and she was expecting Audrey at 23. An intern at St Mungos, her life couldn't be more perfect. When Audrey was born, her life finally gained back some spark but all future plans for more children were destroyed quickly by Jules' stubbornness. Their daughter was different from the moment she came into the world. She fussed too much, craved a great detail of attention and was picky to boot. Her parents did what they could by planning out her life. Preschool, tutoring, Hogwarts, Healer training, marriage and children. She wouldn't have an ounce of freedom or decision which never sat well with Audrey. Inheriting her mother's forgotten rebellious spirit, she refused to participate in her education. Fond of artistic pursuits, the creative girl was considered 'dreamy', 'messy' and a 'waste of space' by her teachers. She was hopeless, failing all classes and showing no interest in her future. Eventually, her entire childhood was spent indoors to prevent too much outside influence on her. It wasn't until Hogwarts that Audrey got to taste freedom.
The boarding school was a blessing in disguise. However, right from the beginning, she was a troublemaker. She skipped classes, turn up late or make out with boys in empty classrooms. It only got worst as she got older. Once they had permission to leave, she would take the train out of Hogsmeade to London. Sneaking into pubs and clubs, seeing the live bands, she grew an fondness of music. Audrey started listening to 80's Rock bands, particular Meatloaf and spending a lot of time in record stores. She brought a beaten-up red guitar and busked on the streets, following bands from pub to pub before returning back to Hogwarts months later. With big dreams of becoming a singer, she developed a travelling bug and hated being settled down too long. She tried her luck many times on the streets of London, but always come home to Hogwarts until her first lover. He was a Quidditch Chaser with an adored fame status, which Audrey was attracted to. They started a brief, but turmoil relationship that resulted in a great deal of public indecency. Things got complicated when she fell besotted with a budding musician. Torn between two men, she continued dating both until they found out.
Surprisingly, they didn't dump her but took advantage of the situation. She was raped constantly, leading to three immediate results: Audrey's quest for a permanent love, her ravenous appetite for sexual encounters and moving everytime her relationships failed. She packed all her stuff and ran away from Hogwarts (and her parents) when she was 16. Living on the streets as a musician, hardly making any money, she found her meals in the men she slept with. Audrey got her breakthrough and recorded a demo. A tour commenced shortly after to America and while there, she fell into bed and in love with her agent. She became pregnant and they complemented marriage but in the middle of the night, he skipped town and left her in America by herself. Devastated, she got onto the next bus to Florida, Audrey fell ill and miscarried. She worked odd jobs, never finding her true desire and eventually went back to her music roots. At 23, Audrey had made it to Texas onto her fifth lover, who drove her to Brazil. She met a Korean Pop agent and they started her career and their affair. While in Korea, they launched a Pop career which failed horribly. He skipped out on her and she travelled to Philippines. While there, she married her first and only husband, Wong Lim Gun. She fell pregnant with Donna but their marriage was quick over and before she came to term, she was back in America.
Donna lived her life in suitcases, moving from city to city after every failed relationship of her mother's. They never lived anywhere longer than three months and she never really had any education. She grew up with six different fathers, none were the real father. The only constant thing in Donna's life was the music her mother brought into the household. She passed (or rather forced) her love of rock music onto her daughter. Living in street corners, to lofts in the big cities, Donna has been exposed to a great deal of the world which allowed her to develop a strong independence. She is use to being on the run, moving constantly that she can't stay still. She also seen the misery of heartbreak again and again, knowing it can be fickle as fame. Never really feeling the centre of her mother's existence, she craves the limelight, by association. She has been considered a groupie since her childhood as she was dragged around to all the bands with her mother. She has seen how the world works in regards to fame. It seems like the ideal life to Donna. It's no surprise that Donna's passport is thick and she had a greater maturity in her own confidence than most girls her age.
She barely had any education since they moved too often, but Donna experienced a great deal of bullying, leading her to be a shy, soft-spoken teenager who had to deal with a whore mother and her aspirations of being like her. The only light in her life became the passing moments with fame whenever her mother got her album to number one, or she went to meet the Quidditch committee. This started her love for the spotlight and the people whom occupied it. Not surprisingly, by the time she was 11, they missed her letter to Hogwarts, forcing the headmaster to track them down in Ireland. Going to a place for months on end seemed like a nightmare to Donna at first and she rejected her school, by being a bit of a smart-mouth girl. She quickly learned respect and how to fight for herself, finding her nature gift in writing and investigating. She quickly joined the school's newsletter, but struggled to make friends and led a very solidarity existence within the walls. Like her mother, she became involved with boys (and girls) who had some kind of fame to their name. She followed them around like a love-stricken puppy, big eyes and willingly to do anything. It led her to be taken advantage of a great many times. But she never really seemed to care. She was a fame junkie.
Once she graduated from Hogwarts, she got an unpaid internship at the Daily Prophet in the Sport section which sky-rocketed her career. She quickly became a respected journalist, but everyone knew the secrets about her. Shame by her slutty behaviour, she embraced it and soon became one of the best sports gossip writers. Whatever scandal there was, Donna was there. She got a full-time position at the Daily Prophet and also guest writes columns for several other sport-specific magazines. On her guest to find her 'perfect' famous lover, she got involved in the Quidditch committee for Sports Hunks. And now they come to her to get in the front page!
At 25, she interns in the Department of Sports and Magical Games just to meet influential people. She is quite a social queen with a lot of connections and a big thick black book. She stills moves a lot and hasn't stayed still for longer than 3 months in one house, since Hogwarts, but unlike her mother, she doesn't fall in love. "I'd cross the sea to you. My pieces are too broken now to mend" Appearance: It's not hard to see why some famous people have fallen into bed with Donna Kingsley. She is a quite attractive woman with cold bronze eyes, tan skin and thick brunette hair. With a slender physique she has all the right curves where it matters. Her exotic look draws people to her, blessed by all her mixed nationalities. She isn't a stand-out of the crowd beauty and can be easily missed if she desires. Despite her very shallow expectations of people around her, she doesn't pamper herself and wouldn't consider herself to be vain. Standing at 5'4", she can sneak into tight spaces and go unnoticed when she wants. Donna's style is described as eclectic, depending on the occasion. While on the job, she wears her camera around her neck, quills stuffed in her jeans pockets and a very casual, rock shirt. Appearing unkempt, Donna barely tries to look professional in the office. Favouring stripes, band shirts and colour, she doesn't dress up often. The most formal thing she owns is a black lolita dress. An avid collector of band pins, she has them on the edge of skirts or her green army bag she carries almost everywhere. Donna also inherited her mother's red guitar, but she can't play and it sits in the corner of her apartment unloved. She is also a bit of a mess, with unbrushed hair, a couple of stains on her shirt and a smile that can get her behind the red velvet rope. Some people consider her to be a joke, based on their first impressions but she is a serious journalist and will do anything for a killer story. Relationships: Donna can be incredibly shallow and unstable when it comes to relationships. It’s not surprising that she has inherited her mother’s sense of moral. Since a little girl, Donna has never witnessed what a stable relationship can look like and can be quite cold to the idea of them. Marriage seems almost laughable to her. She does date but never lets anything develop seriously. Donna wouldn’t do exclusive and has often broken the ‘bro code’ as called in the Muggle world. She has slept with friend’s brothers, sisters and partners. Because of this casual approach to love, she has some horrible names associated with her. Instead of letting them offended her, Donna brushes off people’s reactions and keeps a sharp wit at her defence. She isn’t dreaming of settling down anytime soon and can’t picture the white picket fence in her future. Donna is extremely picky when it comes to choosing her lovers, but she has made a few exceptions. She is a fame groupie, and by default only sleeps with those who are famous or associated with fame. If you are nobody, she won’t give you a second glance and builds her love life on someone’s merit rather than their personality. This has prevented her from developing a real relationship with anybody. She has never loved someone for who they are. Because of these selfish desires, she falls over herself to get close to famous people and often lets herself be taken advantage of. She will admit that it just has to be anyone famous and isn’t specific about what kind of fame it is. She has been known to stalk socialites, writers and musicians whether they are magical or not. She really isn’t fussy as long as you’re famous. Donna can be quite stubborn, brash and relentless when it comes to her pursuits. She won’t leave fame alone despite people telling her it is hopeless. These standards stand in her way of finding something real, not that she really cares for love. Once she is involved with someone, she is never really theirs and doesn’t like to be owned. She doesn’t stand still long enough for any person to discover her true personality as she constantly keeps herself distracted and busy. Living out of suitcases and moving so often means she’ll leave her relationships quietly and without contact again. She comes and leaves, filling the shoes of a mistress more than a wife or girlfriend. Donna is a bisexual as well, having equal want for both men and woman as long as they are famous. She won’t let herself be heartbroken and thinks she can avoid her mother’s curse. Secrets: In the journalism field, Donna Kingsley is associated with scandal and fame. It’s no secret that she has been involved with famous people. Touring with players and exposing hot stories before other journalist. She is a respected, highly recommended and hated writer which explains her busy schedule. She is always on the move, never settling down for too long and living on fast food. Donna also had a ton of connections within the industry, often letting her to get the exclusive invite only parties. As a groupie herself, Donna hates competition and has been known to mislead fans for her own benefit. She still follows bands and has been known to fallen off the grid because of tours. As a demanded journalist, Donna has book offers and guest spots in the magazines. Donna has been the centre of her own scandal after being a mistress to some famous Quidditch players. She has never sold the information and doesn’t spill secrets without permission from the people involved. She doesn’t look to gain money from all her sexual adventures and usually is only involved to be a part of their fame. As a serial marriage wrecker, Donna has few secrets that she can keep so most of her dirty laundry has been aired out for the public to see. "Give me a sign, show me the line, maybe tonight I'll tell you everything." Personality: Donna Kingsley always makes an impression with her brave and edgy personality. She grabs life by the horns and takes it for what it gives. She is not a homely or stable person, always jittering from one thing to the other. Needing to keep herself distracted and busy, Donna is extremely good at balancing her schedule. She’s not late and sends her pieces in on time. She is a very accomplished writer with a bold and brash style, that’s unconventional in the field. Firstly, unlike most gossip and scandal writers, she doesn’t expose secrets without permission. Her consideration is probably her only good quality as she has a lack of morals. She doesn’t honour loyalty highly and has been known to be a wrecker of relationships. She is ambitious and driven, looking out for number one and what benefits her. Due to her lust for fame, she has a bit of a sweet and innocent charm, an ability that sees her get anything she wants. She also gets abused by her ignorance and lust for fame. She is too eager to jump bandwagons and often finds herself making stupid decision simply because she has been manipulated. She is very passionate about the things she loves, including Quidditch and fame. She will throw herself into it and will even go off the grid to follow tours. She gives into her sexual exhibition easily and doesn’t think it’s shameful how she spend her life. She isn’t easily offended and brushes off people’s opinions of her. She is also extremely judgemental and won’t give anyone a second chance if there are not famous. This attitude has led to very few actual friends and rather she is surrounded by those who are accomplished in some way or another. Her quick judgement also means she will ignore people, blow them off and drop them like it’s hot. She doesn’t waste her time on nobodies. Quite the socialite, Donna can strike up conversations in parties and she is very good at being charming. A bold and confident woman, she has no problem getting noticed and can’t be relentless when she wants something. Determined and driven, Donna can make a bad impression. She doesn’t dress seriously and some people take her for a joke. She is always constantly getting underestimated by people and she has something to prove. Like her gypsy mother, she hates being still and doesn’t like to get comfort, always living on the edge of her seat. Donna lives out of boxes and suitcases, ready to pack up her life in a heartbeat. She has no time to really learn what she can be like. Donna can be a whirlwind. She enters people’s lives with no intentions of staying and doesn’t let people get close. She will often prove to be the ‘bad’ girl, cutting ties with friends with her cheating and backstabbing mindset. She does everything to protect herself from really being known. With all her scandals leaked in the magazines, it’s shocking she is a mystery to a lot of those around her. Her work colleagues often disapprove of her methods, but at the end of the day, she can get the job done. Donna Kingsley will be the girl to break your heart, destroy your life and leave before you can talk about it. She refuses to be like her mother and will never end up on the hopeless quest for a home life. She’s a tour girl, a groupie and will travel from town to town, spreading her legs and writing her stories until she dies. She doesn’t want to be anyone’s wife or girlfriend. She is happy with being the hated whore and she lives her life with pride and ambition.
Notes: Play -- Donna has almost no play and has gone through several radical personality changes throughout the years. As one of my more older characters, she is very undeveloped. She is making her first début in roleplay. Plots -- Want to play a jealous partner/ex? Need a scapegoat? Donna can be your girl. She doesn't blackmail famous people because she doesn't want money or publicity so I wouldn't like those sort of roleplays. But I don't have issues with people blackmailing her. She is honestly a woman who likes to share the limelight. Plots -- I have heavily hinted that she is not interested in people who aren't famous, think you can change her mind, go ahead! Signature -- Made by myself. Lyrics -- Taciturn by Stone Sour.
